Elegant set of six French scallop dishes in the traditional shell form closely associated with coastal dining and formal table service. The silver plating shows a soft, aged patina with gentle wear and tonal variation, consistent with age and use. Classic coquille Saint-Jacques form with fluted shell detailing and integrated handles, traditionally used for serving seafood, escargots, or individual hors d’oeuvres.

Material: Silver-plated metal (silver plate over base metal). A silver-plate stamp is visible on the underside of dishes, as shown in photos.

Origin: France, late 19th to early 20th century.

Condition: Good antique condition. Surface wear, light scratches, and areas of plating wear consistent with age. No cracks or structural damage. Patina preserved.
