Apothecary Glass Measuring Vessel

Apothecary Glass Measuring Vessel

This antique glass apothecary measuring vessel reflects the quiet precision of early laboratory and pharmacy tools. Crafted from clear blown glass, it features finely engraved measurement graduations rising to 1000 ml and a secondary inner cylindrical insert, likely used for controlled pouring or separation. The elegant flared rim, tapered body, and raised footed base give it a sculptural presence beyond its original utilitarian purpose. Today, it functions beautifully as both a decorative object and a conversation piece — ideal for a cabinet of curiosities, study, or thoughtfully styled kitchen shelf.
