Shipping Policy
At Atelier Martire, we take great care in packaging and shipping all orders to ensure they arrive safely. Please review our shipping terms below before making a purchase.
Shipping & Insurance
  • All items are meticulously packaged using high-quality materials to provide maximum protection during transit.
  • Every shipment is insured to safeguard against loss or damage.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight and destination. We have no control over shipping rates.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
  • We use Upela as our shipping provider, a trusted shipping agent that works directly with France's Chronopost. 
  • US customers while tariffs are included with your purchase,  we are not responsible for sudden changes in US policies or custom fees. 
Damaged Shipments
  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged item, materials item is wrapped in, clear  label  shown on box and overall packaging by emailing  martirehome@gmail.com, so we can work towards a resolution. 
  • Broken items will be refunded if it was due to shipping suppliers fault.
Third-Party Shipments (Original Art Prints only, not Original Art)
  • Original art prints are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand service and are subject to their shipping policies.
  • We are not responsible for the shipment, tracking, or condition of these prints upon arrival.
  • For any issues with print orders, please contact the third-party provider directly.
